Councils boost the customer experience

A series of councils and leisure trusts are adopting new ClarityLive leisure management software (LMS) to boost customer experiences, loyalty and spend. Monmouthshire County Council has joined Medway Council and leisure trusts Wave and Aspire as recent converts to the next generation software.

Created by Clarity, ClarityLive LMS heralds an exciting new era for public leisure service staff and customers. A uniquely intuitive POS touchscreen helps staff provide incredibly fast and efficient service. As Richard Drinkwater, Assistant Manager at Monmouthshire County Council comments, "Our staff love the ClarityLive POS: it looks great, it's really simple to use, and the functionality is exceptional."

Aiding management decision making
Monmouthshire operates four leisure centres, and will be using the new IT solution to service over 500,000 visits and 20,000 membership card applications annually.

ClarityLive integrates with the operator's website, enabling customers to book facilities such as badminton courts and swimming pools themselves. Ultimately the goal is to take customer experience to new levels, support greater staff efficiency, drive revenue savings and aid decision making with better management reporting.

As early adopters of Clarity's leisure management software, Monmouthshire, Medway, Wave and Aspire are leading their field in encouraging customers to do more, buy more and remain loyal.
